Alexander Gorbachev, owner of GG Muay Thai in Ormstown and an accomplished athlete, is honoredto represent Team Canada at the inaugural World Boxing Council (WBC) Muay Thai Championship in Verona, Italy, from June 24-29, 2025. With 90 countries, 800 fighters, and competitors from five continents, this prestigious event is a unique opportunity for Alexander to showcase his talent and hard work on the global stage. With 18 years in judo and 10 years of Muay Thai experience, after so many years of dedication to his craft, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Alexander to competeand represent Canada at the highest level.
